The study of Past Performances in Dance covers 4 areas in this course:
1. Textual description with 2 dimensional support (images/graphics/drawings, for example)
2. Museological 3 dimensional representation. Ex.: Puppet like character representations (miniature or life size of characters, among others) and exhibition of pieces of artifact (costume, make-up and props, for example) displayed in permanent/adhoc exhibitions.
3. Four-dimensional representations of events on a timeline:
a) Audio-visual representations on 2 dimensional support, from which the depth of field is not specified.
b) Virtual representations or similar support where the depth of field is specified.
4. The multidimensional representation through performance, where the past performance is reconstructed.
